Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the date of delivery. All online orders need to be returned to our warehouse ( NOT our office address). Please send us an email at Service@Goldenwarm.co.uk for detailed RETURN PROCESS.
Q: When will I be refunded if I return my order?
A: It will take around 3-5 business days for the parcel to arrive back to us and the refund will be done within 5 business days. Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks for the refund to appear on your bank account. Please contact us if you have further questions about your refund status.
