Shipping Policy

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)
Handling time: 10-15 Business Days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Transit time: 10-15 Business Days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address.

Please note:
-- If you buy classic pulls, your order will take up to 1-3 working days to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
-- If you buy decorative cabinet pulls or shower systems, your order may need a supplier to customize it. The processing time is a little longer, about 5-7 days.
-- If you have special requirements, please take note of the order.
-- You need to clear the import duty of your country.
-- Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method.
Cut-off times indicate when order must be placed to begin processing on a particular day, and vary by carrier.

Shipping & Order Confirmations

You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available(The tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Due to variances in tax laws from state to state, once an order has been placed, we are no longer able to alter the shipping address. And orders that have been sent out or are in transit cannot be cancelled.Please understand, thank you. So please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
