Handle Installation Guide

Each handle comes with 2 M4 1 inch & 1.57 inch machine screws and is simple to install

If your furniture or door already has a knob or handle on it, you may be able to unscrew the current one and replace it using the existing screw. If not, you will need to drill a small hole (or holes) in your door or furniture and tighten with a Philips screwdriver.

Q: What payment do you accept?

Q: How long until my order will ship?

A: We usually ship all orders within 2-5 business days of confirmed payment. The actual order processing time is subject to the instructions on each product page.

Q: How to Track the Package?

A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

If you are without an account, you can use the email address and order number via the website "Customer Service-Track Order" to check the tracking information.

Q: How do i change or cancel an order?

A: We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Lovely and classy knobs and handles

These are very good quality knobs and handles. We ordered ours in gold and black. All arrived undamaged!! So, a big thank you to Goldenwarm. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the length of the delivery. We put the order on the 16th Feb and they arrived on the 10th March. Goldenwarm dispatched the order on the 24th Feb. At one point, I thought I was never going to get them. I'm very happy that it all worked out fine in the end. If your project has a tight deadline, be careful with the delivery timeframe because these products come from China via Royal mail. The customer service was very good to give me the Royal mail tracking number.
Regarding the quality of the handles, these knobs and handles have a beautiful colour in gold with a high end finish; they have a nice weight and are not hollow inside (black is also nice but not as special as the gold ones). They come in two different sizes of screws, which is a very good thing. They look a bit smaller in size than I would have imagined but are also correct to the size advertised. I'll use these in my kitchen project and they'll look great. Please give plenty of time for delivery so you won't be stressed out like I was. Thank you Goldenwarm for not disappointing. I will order from you again in the future.
